On the Shopping Basket page you can see the contents of your basket and the cost of your order. You can modify your order on this page, if you wish to take an item out of the basket or change the quantity ordered. The next step is to press 'Checkout' where we start to gather your delivery details to complete your order.
On proceeding from the shopping cart we must gather your details so that we can complete your order. Once you proceed past the "Confirmation" page to the secure payment page, then an entry is made in our database whilst we await confirmation that your payment has been authorised.
You will see a 5 stage process to go through.
You should fill in details of your billing address - this will be the address logged against your credit card / debit card and will be used by the merchant banks to verify your card details and prevent fraud.
You should then enter your delivery address, by either selecting the Billing address you entered previously (simply click the appropriate button) OR enter new delivery address details if you wish the goods to be dispatched to an alternative address.
You now have a quick selection of the method in which you wish to pay for your products - currently we offer 3 methods - Credit Card (or debit card), Gift Certificate (Voucher), Offer Code. If you select the gift voucher choice, or Offer Code, then simply enter in your Gift Voucher/Offer code and click continue - you will have a chance to make up any difference via your credit card or alternate method stated.
On the final screen, you will be asked to review the details and confirm - please remember to click the 'I agree to the Terms and Conditions' tick box before proceeding.
You will now be taken to the secure area of our payment processors - you will now see the padlock symbol at the bottom of your browser window (in Internet Explorer).

Q: Which cards can I pay with?
A: You can use all major credit cards as we can process multi-currency alongside Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.
Q: Is it safe to give my credit card details over the Internet?
A: Your payment is protected with SSL, a tried and tested secure ordering system for credit card transactions. Using SSL your credit card details are translated into encrypted information so that only the intended recipient can decode it. If the information is intercepted by a malicious third party, they will be unable to read it. In fact it is generally agreed by Technology experts that Secured credit card purchases on the internet with a trusted provider such as Secure Hosting is safer than handing over your cards in places such as restaurants, service stations etc - Never let your credit card out of your sight at any time - they can be swiped and the card details collected within a matter of seconds!
Q: What is a CV2 number?
A: Your CV2 (Card Verification) number is used as an additional security measure on our site. The number is usually located on the back of your card, just after your card number (or, in some cases, the last four digits of your card number). Some cards have the CV2 number on the front of the card, usually just above the long card number.
If your card doesn't have a CV2 number, please enter 'n/a' in the box.
Q: Why do I need to enter my Credit Card Details each time I buy something?
A: To further ensure absolute security, we do not store your credit card information.
Q: Do I need any specific settings in my browser?
A: If you have disabled receiving 'cookies' on your web browser, you must enable this feature, otherwise you will be unable to add any goods to your shopping basket. In addition, you should also allow javascript (not required for ordering) to run within the browser.
Q: Are my personal details used elsewhere?
A: No. Your details are not passed on to any third party, apart from the relevant details such as delivery address needed for delivery of your items.
Q: What happens if I need to shut the browser before I have finished ordering?
A: Your order will not be taken unless you complete and submit the checkout process and get confirmation shown on our Payment Gateway's final payment page (Secure Hosting) - try returning to our web site to see if your shopping cart still retains the items you placed in it. You can then proceed to checkout to complete. Alternatively, give us a call and we will try to resolve any problems you might be experiencing.
