Orders for delivery in the UK and elsewhere are sent via Royal Mail. Please allow 7 - 14 business days for delivery, from the time we receive your order. We do not ship every day, so your choice of delivery, i.e. 1st or 2nd class within the UK or Mainland Europe/Rest of World if outside the UK - will commence on the date of shipment not the order date. You will receive an order confirmation via email when you place the order. You will also receive an e-mail receipt once your credit/debit card has been charged; confirming receipt of proper payment (if for some reason that fails you can either restart the ordering process on-line or call the office with your card details to complete the payment). When your package is shipped, usually within three working days, you will receive a third email confirming dispatch.
We make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your order. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, packages can and will go astray. If you do not receive your package within 30 days of receiving your dispatch notice, we will usually send replacement merchandise while we sort out the problem. If you are outside of the UK you will first need to make a lost mail claim at local level as Royal Mail can not guarantee delivery outside of the UK.
