Team Workshops
The Total Immersion Team Workshop is the ideal way for age-group and school teams, startup teams, masters teams or triathlon clubs to learn how to adopt the most advanced approaches to swimming and coaching.
Give us a day or a weekend and we'll help your swimmers & coaches do better than they ever dreamed possible. Our staff of specially trained coaches will come to work intensively with your swimmers and coaches. We can work within your team’s schedule and available pool time and we will customize the workshop to fulfill your exact needs. We can even help your coaches in developing seasonal programs and in designing specific practices that enhance both endurance and the Fishlike Swimming techniques they will learn from our teachers.
