'Freestyle Made Easy' DVD
The best freestyle swimming DVD ever – we guarantee it! Includes more secrets to freestyle swimming success than any previous Total Immersion swimming video or DVD, including help for struggling swimmers, how to breathe, how to kick, how to swim faster and how to learn open turns and flip turns.
Since 1989, Total Immersion Swimming has become a phenomenon among improvement-minded swimmers - the first program in the history of swimming instruction with "raving fans." TI has become so popular because it is simpler than any alternative; it works with unprecedented dependability and it makes swimming enjoyable and deeply satisfying. Our ‘Freestyle Made Easy’ DVD provides the whole picture on smart freestyle swimming (the front crawl stroke).
‘Total Immersion: Freestyle Made Easy’ illustrates everything about freestyle swimming - how to kick efficiently; every part of the swimming stroke - entry, catch, finish, exit and recovery; how to breathe - in the pool and in open water; and how to do both the relaxing open turn and the fast flip turn. To allow you to study all of this carefully, the video footage on the DVD uses more views (surface, underwater, front, and directly overhead), more slow-motion and more stop action than any swimming video or swimming DVD produced before.

The TI teaching method has been steadily evolving, ever since our first camps in 1989. While the drills have changed, the one constant has been ever-improving results. And no wonder: By teaching about 10,000 improvement-minded swimmers over the past 17 years, we've had limitless opportunity to figure out why people become frustrated and how to make learning easier. Our recent experiences, from teaching in our SwimStudio's, has resulted in significant development and each new insight goes straight to the bottom line: a better workshop experience for swimmers
Today's TI Workshop is better in two key ways:
- It is much easier for the low-skilled swimmer, yet also works incredibly well for the more-accomplished swimmer. We have replaced several drills that proved difficult for less experienced or less confident students with drills that are easier for anyone to do and which bring the whole class to balance and fluency much more quickly.
- Progress from step-to-step and from the final drills to whole-stroke swimming is much more seamless than ever before. Every drill is designed to give you exactly what you need to master the next one, with no wasted steps.
Here's a taste of what you'll learn at a TI Workshop:
